WealthIQ™ is a proprietary wealth-assessment tool that uses unique, dynamic data to assess the wealth of each US consumer with 100% national coverage. How? It is applied at the zip+4 level.
What makes WealthIQ unique? Like all AIQ products, it is based on our proprietary set of over 1,500+ econometric and demographic attributes.
When to Use WealthIQ?
WealthIQ can be used as a highly predictive tool to assess wealth on a stand-alone basis. Alternatively, it can be used in conjunction with any existing wealth-rating tool at the individual level to provide a more accurate view of wealth.

InvestorIQ™
Invested-Assets Model
InvestorIQ™ is a proprietary invested-assets model that combines the power of our proprietary database with proprietary national invested-assets data. The end result is a score that ranks every US consumer based on projected invested-assets.
This product has a score range of 0 to 99, where the score represents the percentile based on the entire US population. For example, a consumer that had an InvestorIQ score of 75 would have more invested-assets that 75% of US consumers.

Relative Income Index™
Everything is Relative
It is widely recognized that there is a big difference between earning $50K/annually in New York City, versus making the same income in Mississippi. The Relative Income Index™ calculates inferred income against the average for the consumer’s SCF region (i.e. three-digit zip code). For example, a value of 120 means that a particular consumer earns 20% more than the average for that consumer’s SCF, whereas a value of 80 would mean that another consumer earns 80% of the SCF average.
