Measure Probability of Churn

ChurnIQ™ quantifies the probability of a consumer prospect churning (or attriting) after they become a customer. The basic concept is that certain consumers have displayed a consistent pattern of changing vendors on a regular basis, whereas others have a significantly lower propensity for change. Possible uses of this score include:

  • Integration with other prospect-level scores (such as response and conversion) to estimate prospect-level profitability
  • Use as a tool to determine price sensitivity
  • Utilize in modeling initiatives
